When we arrived, we were given a room at the back of the hotel on the 4th floor. It was absolutely tiny, with hardly room to walk around the bed to get to the other side. There was no storage for bags or clothes whatsoever. My partner put his things on top of the rack/ shelves where the coffee machine was, but it was very dusty and so his things got covered in dust. There was a lovely bathroom, but the room size really wasn't acceptable for the price paid. I went to ask if we could have a bigger room as it felt so claustrophobic, I didn't feel I could sleep in there. I was given a key for the room next door, however this was about the same size. I went back to reception and was told there was a bigger room, but it was cheaper, but we could move if we wanted to. On checking out that room, which faced the station, we found it was huge, and although it didn't have such a great bathroom (shower over bath, rather than separate shower), it had two comfortable chairs and a table. It was so much better! Can't understand why it was a cheaper room as it was much much better, it just didn't come with bath robes, which we didn't need. We really appreciated the reception staff being so helpful and allowing us to move rooms. Once we moved rooms, everything was good and we were very happy with our new room. Big windows, overlooking the station and big comfortable bed. Location fantastic as over the road from the station, the Luxor Live venue and near the beautiful park and town centre. The roof top spa was wonderful, with an outdoor sauna as seen in the photo and views of the town. The other sauna rooms also had good views. We would definitely stay here again but would make sure we had a front room.

The staff were incredibly welcoming upon arrival, and check-in was easy and hassle free. We travelled to see Lady Gaga's concert in Arnhem, and the staff joined in on our excitement, and even gave us advice on how to get to the venue and what travel options were available to us from Arnhem Central station which is literally next door to the Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained and the whole place smelled AMAZING - I wish I knew what they used so I can have it at home! There was no street noise (which I would've expected being so close to the station) so the night was comfortable with no interruptions from outside noise! Will definitely recommend!

The breakfast was exceptional. It catered to all nationalities, was fresh and of good quality. I particularly liked the yogurt, breads, meats and cheeses - and the freshly squeezed orange juice was outstanding. The staff were always helpful, but unobtrusive and the location was superb. The rooftop bar was a lovely place to spend the late afternoon and the decor was unique and beautiful. The fact that good quality parking was available at the central station (opposite the hotel) made it a good choice for anyone arriving by car, or train. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city centre hotel in a beautiful relaxed location.

The hotel was very centrally located, right across the street from the Arnhem Central Train station and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants in the city centre. The building is very historical and is known for its famous toilet located on the top floor, definitely an attraction not to be missed. I enjoyed the bath in my room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The friend that I was traveling with had left his mobile charging in the hotel room and when I walked back to the hotel from the train station within 10 minutes, housekeeping staff had already left it with reception staff in the lobby.

Jin

My room was comfortable and well designed, with large windows. The breakfast was ample and enjoyable. Staff was helpful and accommodating, especially on my arrival. The public areas of the hotel were well designed and looked comfortable and inviting; the entrance is large and easy to find. The hotel has a pleasant cafe in addition to its formal restaurant.
