Hotel Haarhuis

Fabulous Hotel, very boutique classy interiors, very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location opposite the Central Station, but no train or traffic noise. Room very nicely furnished, great comfy bed. Restaurant 'Locals' is also very nice and the food was delicious. The coffee/cafe was also great with a good selection of drinks and cakes on the menu.

The ideal location is set very close to restaurants, bars, and shops. Our room was clean and very well presented. The only slight downside was the shower over the bath. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for someone with physical disabilities. There was a large buffet style breakfast available. Very nice. The staff worked really hard, were polite and very helpful. A huge plus was that the majority of the staff are multi lingual. It's definitely worth a stay. We didn't eat in the hotels own restaurants because they were a little pricey and the menus were not to our taste. However, this is just us. We will recommend to friends and family. This hotel is fantastic, 2 couples went to attend an event for my 50th birthday celebration. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was a good varied selection for breakfast and they even had HP sauce! As a surprise the staff decorated my room on my birthday with balloons and a complimentary bottle of chilled Cava which was really kind and thoughtful, especially as they had no prior knowledge that it was my birthday. The rooftop bar was lovely and they have the most spectacular award winning toilet which we all drank a bottle of Champagne in. I know it sounds strange but you really need to see it to believe it. Remember to press the button on the left for the full (party) experience. I think we cleared them out of Bollinger Champagne! The location is perfect, right outside the train/tram and bus station but it’s the staff that make this place truly amazing! Thank you all, we will be back definitely

The staff were fantastic, the room was lovely, the hotel and facilities are wonderful! The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Arnhem and beyond! The barrel sauna in the room was brilliant as was the outdoor space. The spa saunas & hot tub are available until quite late (9pm I believe) at no extra cost. The decorations in the room for my fiancé's birthday and the cake were brilliant.

Beautiful hotel, really nice rooms. Seems either well maintained or recently renovated. The sap was lovely with the hot tub and sauna a welcome break after a long journey. The rooftop bar was appealing and vibrant, but we decided to explore the town instead. The town is fantastic to visit as well, with a large ber/restaurant area just a block over from the hotel, giving this place a great location.
